The OptimaSplint™ Roll breaks new ground in the field of orthopaedic splinting systems, created for the temporary immobilisation of fractures, sprains, and strains. It is made up of casting strips arranged in several layers, infused with a water-activated polyurethane resin. Enclosed within a non-woven fabric protective barrier, these strips provide padding for optimal patient comfort. The OptimaSplint™ Roll notably solidifies in about five minutes, enhancing its performance and practicality in rapid medical response scenarios.

Allows for swelling, single use. Each roll is individually packaged in an airtight wrapping, complete with a specialised "clip" to reseal after cutting the required length from the roll.
