The OptimaSplint™ 7.5cm x 90cm is ideal for immobilising any injured limb, quick and easy to use, add water and mould them to shape. Can be used anywhere a simple addition to any first aid kit, ideal for the workplace or for those involved in outdoor pursuits.

The OptimaSplint™ Precut is manufactured using a thick and plush finish material, delivering superior skin contact while ensuring effective protection of the wound. This splint utilises a specially processed non-woven cloth, boasting antibacterial properties that retain moisture and control skin inflammation and odour. It provides remarkable strength, a pivotal trait needed in splints. Due to the treated non-woven cloth, water cannot infiltrate the affected areas, which is particularly useful for areas such as the ears. This splint defends the wound site from excessive moisture and offers a pleasant sensation to the patient.

The OptimaSplint™ Roll is an orthopaedic splinting system designed for the temporary immobilisation of fractures, sprains, and strains. It is made up of numerous layers of casting strips saturated with a water-activated polyurethane resin. These strips are enveloped within a protective layer of non-woven fabric, providing additional padding for patient comfort. It is constructed to set in approximately 5 minutes.
This immobilisation splint, comprised of 8 layers of densely woven fibreglass drenched in a polyurethane resin, is entirely covered with padding. The splint is polymerised simply by immersing it in ordinary water, thereby immediately, easily, and cleanly providing a convenient, exceptionally lightweight, yet highly durable splint.
